- Vendors are responsible for setting prices for their Products. KarahKata may charge fees for the use of its services, which will be outlined during the registration process.
- Vendors must ensure that their Products do not infringe on any third-party rights.
3.4 Order Fulfillment
- Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely manner and must communicate with Users regarding order status.
3.5 Returns and Refunds
- Vendors must adhere to the Return Policy and handle any return or refund requests in accordance with the guidelines provided by KarahKata.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the Platform are owned by or licensed to KarahKata. Users and Vendors may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KarahKata and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or the Products purchased.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KarahKata, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

KarahKata reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify Users and Vendors of significant changes by posting a notice on the Platform or via email. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nigeria.
